SENIOR/EXECUTIVE-HUMAN RESOURCES

We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as Senior/Executive - Human Resources. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the Manager of Human Resources & Facilities to support various HR functions and ensure the smooth operation of our HR Department.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in developing effective recruitment strategies/programs, including job identification, description creation, and applicant screening.

Maintain personnel-related data confidentially and ensure compliance with all employment requirements.

Support payroll administration, ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries for full-time, part-time employees, and visiting lecturers.

Help maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.

Assist in annual performance appraisals and the development of performance management tools and processes. Support HR compliance and audit processes, including policy interpretation and implementation.

Assist in conducting periodic HR Audits to ensure legal compliance and effectiveness of HR practices.

Assist in planning and organizing staff welfare activities.

Support training and development initiatives, including the implementation of staff development programmes. Prepare and maintain records/reports related to staff health insurance.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Bachelor's degree/professional qualification in Human Resource Management.
  • 2 years of experience in diverse functional areas of HR.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in HR processes.

Firm dedication to compliance and adherence to best practices, ensuring ethical and lawful conduct in all HR endeavors. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
