SHOWROOM MANAGER/SHOWROOM EXECUTIVE - FORM AND FUNCTION
Location: Nawala
Form and Function, a leading furniture showroom and design studio in Nawala, is on the hunt for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our customer-centric team. We specialize in providing our clients with a comprehensive range of services, from bespoke furniture pieces to complete turnkey solutions for interior design and fit-outs. If you have a passion for design, an eye for detail, and a track record of sales success, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, offering them tailored design solutions that meet their needs.
- Understand and stay ahead of interior design trends to advise clients effectively.
- Achieve sales targets through effective client consultations and closing sales.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the furniture or interior design industry.
- A basic understanding of interior design, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- A proactive approach to sales, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
