We are a well-established, ISO certified processing company, engaged in production, processing and marketing of wide range of chicken products under "Delmo" brand. Due to expansion of our operations we are seeking the services of following professionals to support our growth.

ASSISTANT MANAGER HR HR EXECUTIVE - (MALE)

Location - Mellawagedara

RESPONSIBILITIES

Identification of manpower requirements and initiate the recruitment process according to the stipulated guidelines.

  • Monitoring attendance and initiating controls to minimize absenteeism and late attendanceExecution of people development programs in line with company strategies and development a training budget.
  • Identify and analyze training needs, prepare a training calendar and execute the same to fulfill identified training needs.
  • Ensure that the employee grievances are identified and execution of the solutions while assuring confidentiality.
  • Implementation and maintenance of safety policies,
  • Maintenance of an effective leave management system at all times.
  • Ensuring excellent welfare facilities within the Delmo Group.

REQUIREMENTS

A Degree or diploma in Human Resources Management.

Good knowledge of English.

Previous experience of at least 2-3 years in a similar capacity.

  • An outgoing personality with a positive attitude and efficiency in multi-taskingAbility to develop effective interpersonal relations with cross-functional teamsComputer literacy and excellent communication skills.
