We are looking for a young, dynamic, result-oriented, self-motivated, proactive individual with the confidence to be placed in the position of Accounts Executive with prospects to grow with the company.
THE JOB PROFILE
Responsible for whole HR functions in the company by ensuring proper recruitment/selections with acquiring employee background checks and Eligibility verifications, induction, Training and Developments, Inquiries, and grievance handling.
Engaging with policy developments for each HR function and Reporting to the Top Management with relevant information.
Payroll Management.
- Complying with labor laws and correspondence with the labor department and other relevant authoritiesAssisting with company administrative functions accordingly.
Any other HR functions that may apply to the company for the time being.
THE CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/ Business Management or completed professional qualification from a recognized university/Institute.
- Sound knowledge of Labor laws and all day-to-day HR functions
- Three Years' experience in a similar capacity.
- Familiar with MS Office package.
- Age between 25-40 years.
- Awareness of ISO system certification would be an added advantage.
- Close range to travel to the working site at Homagama.
