Receptionist - Projects Department

The first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and employees. This role demands a dynamic individual who can efficiently manage front office tasks, including guest reception, phone handling, and administrative support, all while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet all incoming and departing clients and visitors with a warm positive, helpful attitude
  • Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary
  • Attend to all customer queries and interactions with courtesy and respect
  • Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks
  • Performing ad-hoc administrative duties
  • File data and perform routine clerical tasks as assigned
  • Arrange and schedule meetings of the manager and prepare relevant documents needed
  • Respond to routine correspondence follow-up for all correspondence
  • Other related duties assigned by management

Requirements

  • Must possess a right attitude for a receptionist.
  • Pleasing personality
  • Proven working experience at least 1-2 years in similar capacity
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Attention to detail in preparing documents, scheduling meetings, and managing records.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
