JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate and deal with outsourced SAP consultants and attend to all system related issues by providing solutions to the problem.
- Understand and analyze the workflows of the current business and find solutions to improve those by considering practical situations in the working environment.
- Implement new procedures and develop existing procedures to smooth the business process under the supervision of the top and middle management.
- Create reports using crystal reports and SQL database as per the management requirements.
- Write and develop SQL queries by understanding the scenarios, procedures and practical solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the IT department.
- Knowledge on SAP Business One ERP system
- Minimum one (01) years experience in SAP administration function, SAP B1 preferred
Experience in implementation projects would be added advantage
(requirement gathering, realization, UAT and go live phase)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Results Oriented with a drive for accurate results
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
