WE'RE HIRING - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
Landmark 360 (Private) Limited is the real construction arm of the Scan Holding Group of Companies and is involved in construction, Renovation, Interior design and Land Sales.

REQUIREMENTS
A Bachelor's degrees in Marketing, Business Administration or in a related field is preferred minimum
Fluent in English, Excellent Written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with client and internal team. [Other any languages will be added advantages]
Sound knowledge in Digital Marketing and IT is must.
Ability to think strategically and develop business development plans
Previous experience in construction Sector will be added advantage.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Attracting new client by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business
Working with the management to identify and mange company risks that might prevent growth
Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets.
Preparing and delivering pitches and presentation to potential to new clients.
Combining efforts and fostering collaborative environment within the business as a whole
Communicating with client to understand their needs and offer solution to their issues.
Creating Positive, long relationship with current and potential clients.
Maintaining Client Activities
Developing and presenting proposals customized for each client.
Ensuring excellent customer service through regular follow up.
Assisting with marketing and promotional projects.
Owning the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation
