Job Profile
- As an HR Executive at Central Industries PLC, you will play a vital role in our dynamic team, supporting a range of HR functions including employee relations, HR administration, and training and development initiatives. Your responsibilities will encompass collaborating with managers on recruitment needs, managing payroll and benefits, addressing employee inquiries and conflicts, maintaining meticulous records, coordinating training programs, and ensuring adherence to HR policies and regulations.
The Person
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR Assistant or similar position.
- Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR software is a must.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
