We are looking for dynamic result oriented individuals with experience to fulfill the following position,
- SENIOR EXECUTIVE - WAREHOUSE
We are looking for a reliable a warehousing person to be responsible for inventory transport and distribution management. The goal is to manage the entire Control of warehouse inventory by coordinating movement of product from production to warehouse to shipping.
Responsibilities
- Maintains inventory by conducting monthly physical counts, reconciling variances, inputting data
- 100% involvement on warehouse work, preparing job for Warehouse keepers
- Prepare deliveries, raw materials for workshop
- Identify stock variances and implement corrective actions to reduce the same
- Deliver Raw materials to workshop finish goods from warehouse
- Prepare the delivery with freight forwarder for export
- Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints & Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
- Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements
Requirements
- BSC. Degree in Supply chain/Business mgt specialized with Supply chain mgt.
- Should have at least 1 year experience in manufacturing Warehouse environment with at lest 3 years overall experience in Warehouse. • Process improvement lean six sigma background.
- Should possess excellent communication in English and Sinhalese
- Experience in ERP systems - SAP knowledge is a must in warehouse operations
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
