Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the HR services industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • The candidate must possess excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and successfully attract new clients to the organization.
  • Strong understanding of HR and Talent Acquisition processes, practices, and industry trends.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for building and maintaining client relationships.
