Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the HR services industry.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
The candidate must possess excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and successfully attract new clients to the organization.
Strong understanding of HR and Talent Acquisition processes, practices, and industry trends.
Customer-focused with a passion for building and maintaining client relationships.
