Job Profile
- Finding potential customers for the products and services provided by the company.
- Evaluating customer requirements and coordinating with the technical team to fulfill client requirements.
- Closely following up with clients and project teams to ensure smooth implementation of projects.
- Managing the sales team to drive sales and achieve company's targets.
- Managing public and private tenders including participating in tender meetings, coordinating with the technical team, preparation of bid documents, and timely submission.
Requirement
- Age between 30-45 Years
- Bachelor's degree in engineering with marketing & sales experience or CIM/SLIM with product-specific marketing & sales experience
- Successful track record of converting sales
- Minimum 10 years of experience with 5 years of experience in the Solar industry
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Fluent in English
