Qualifications and Experience
- Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience.
- Manage daily kitchen activities, including creating menu items, recipes and develop dishes, ensuring food quality and freshness of ingredients, monitoring ordering, and restocking of items.
- Must be able to prepare Sri Lankan and Western Cuisine.
- Must be able to cook dishes to guests' preferences.
- Excellent food presentation skills.
- Must be able to work with a team and have a positive attitude.
- Availability to work while residing at the hotel in Arugambay.
