We are seeking to recruit qualified and industry-experienced professional to run the kitchen and food & beverage operations.
Executive Chef UDO
The candidate seeking to be an executive chef at Kings Hospital Colombo (Pvt) Ltd, Should be career-oriented and should be able to impart knowledge to the team and should be a good team player.
Requirements:
- Should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in hospitality and hotels.
- Professional qualification from a recognized Hotel School or Vocational Training Institute.
- Conversant in all main eastern and western dishes.
- Knowledge in pastry, bakery, and dessert.
- Knowledge in caloric assessment of menus.
- Meal budgeting and working within budgets.
- Managing a staff of over 40 including sous chefs and demi chefs, cooks, and stewards.
- Managing a café and the associated items.
- Procurement and control.
- Quality control and supervision.
- Roster Management.
- Should have excellent communication & PR skills.
- Fluency in the English Language.
- Recommended age between 40 - 55 years old.
