DEPUTY MANAGER

(International Examinations)

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

  • Supervise and manage logistics for international examinations.
  • Oversee examination scheduling, administration, and operations.
  • Manage inquiries and ensure compliance with examination regulations and policies.
  • Lead examination operations, ensuring quality and excellence in delivery.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Liaise effectively across departments and with external stakeholders as necessary.

APPLICANT SHOULD POSSESS:

  • Bachelor's degree in education or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in examination administration.
  • Proficiency in examination regulations and procedures.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated integrity, confidentiality maintenance, and adeptness in meeting deadlines under pressure.
