Key Accountabilities

  • Manager Front Office

Ensuring that all customer-related tasks are handled accurately and on time to improve guests' experiences.

  • Handling customer complaints and special requests.
  • Supporting, training, and supervising front office staff.
  • Verifies that accurate room status information is maintained and properly communicated.
  • Scheduling staff shifts and managing other employee-related tasks.
  • Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the reception area.
  • Monitoring stock and ordering office supplies, including stationery and information leaflets.
  • Preparing monthly management reports on customer feedback, bookings, and cancellations.
  • Managing the departmental budget.

Requirements

  • Should have a minimum of 10 years of work experience with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the managerial category.
  • Should possess a bachelor's degree from a recognized institution or university.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
