WESTERN CUISINE CHEF/ WESTERN CHEF/CHEF DE CUISINE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare delicious & visually appealing dishes - as per required specifications and timelines
- Design menus that reflect restaurant theme - and style
- Maintain quality, consistency, safety, and - cleanliness in all operations
- Develop recipes as per customer preference
- Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and development
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies and minimize waste to control costs
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Minimum 2 years' experience in cooking Western food
- Able to carry out and display various cooking techniques
- Creative
- Innovative
- Good communication skills
- Positive & self-motivated team player
