WESTERN CUISINE CHEF/ WESTERN CHEF/CHEF DE CUISINE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare delicious & visually appealing dishes - as per required specifications and timelines
  • Design menus that reflect restaurant theme - and style
  • Maintain quality, consistency, safety, and - cleanliness in all operations
  • Develop recipes as per customer preference
  • Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and development
  • Manage inventory levels, order supplies and minimize waste to control costs

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in cooking Western food
  • Able to carry out and display various cooking techniques
  • Creative
  • Innovative
  • Good communication skills
  • Positive & self-motivated team player
