Our client is one of the leading exporters of organic & value added coconut products located in the coconut triangle.
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or equivalent qualification in mechanical or production engineering from a reputable university or institute is required
- A minimum of 10 years of managerial experience in manufacturing, with at least 2 years specifically in UHT coconut milk and coconut water production, is essential
- Practical experience within the coconut industry, particularly with boilers, dryers, oil expellers, and filters, is highly advantageous
- Familiarity with food quality control and safety principles and practices is mandatory, including knowledge of ISO22000 and HACCP Food Safety and Quality Control Procedures
- Applicants must be male and under 50 years of age, willing to work extended hours and able to thrive in high-pressure environments
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, motivational abilities, and strong interpersonal skills are necessary, along with the capacity to build rapport with workers, professionals, and management
- Proficiency in English and computer literacy are prerequisites for the role
