Overview of the role

  • Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition will partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand the business needs and drive the acquisition of top-tier talent, aligned with the company's strategic goals and supporting in building a diverse workforce. Senior Manager Talent Acquisition will be at the forefront of building and maintaining a robust recruitment process, ensuring compliance with operating guidelines and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

What you will do

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from talent sourcing to offer stage, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in attracting, evaluating, and securing top talent.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to build and maintain a robust talent pipeline, by anticipating future hiring needs, ensuring a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
  • Implement best practices in recruitment to enhance the candidate experience and improve overall hiring outcomes. Partner with department heads and hiring managers to align recruitment with business strategy.
  • Employ diverse sourcing methods to cultivate a strong talent pipeline, forecasting future needs and fostering diversity.
  • Monitor industry trends and employ innovative strategies to attract top talent and maintain a competitive edge. Represent AMW positively in recruitment events and networking, enhancing employer brand.
  • Foster strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, providing guidance on recruitment strategies and collaborating on workforce planning initiatives.

What equips you for the role

  • Masters Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or similar role, preferably in Automotive industry.
