HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
Sanrose Teas Private Limited and Yara Valley Private Limited, premier tea manufacturing companies situated in Gampola and Mawanella, are in search of a dynamic individual to join our diverse team as a Human Resource Manager.
Role
- Work with the leadership team to shape and drive the company's vision and strategy.
- Offer advice to leadership team about organization culture matters, making sure they match the company's goals and values.
- Create plans to attract, keep, and develop talented employees, making sure they're happy at work.
- Make sure training programs help employees grow in line with the company's goals and their own career plans.
- Train and coach on setting effective goals, keep track of progress, and update the team leaders regularly.
- Develop strategies to keep employees happy and motivated, reducing turnover.
- Use data to make smart decisions and improve how things work.
- Support to manage the company's rewards, recognition and benefits, finding new ways to support the growing team.
- Make sure all people-related activities follow the law and standards, while also trying out new ideas to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Professional Qualification in HR Management.
- An Outgoing personality with a positive attitude and efficiently in multi-tasking.
- Minimum 10 Years in HR operation.
- Excellent computer skills (MS office and ERP systems).
- Good communication skills in both Sinhala & English.
- Age less than 40.
- Close to Kandy/Gampola area will be an advantage.
