HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER

JOB PROFILE

  • Rolling out strategic initiatives to develop a corporate culture; driven by KPIs while ensuring the corporate value system.
  • Developing & Driving performance management, talent mapping and talent development initiatives.
  • Meeting HR operational KPI s and Learning & Development KPI s.
  • Sharing weekly and monthly structured HR reports with top management.
  • Identify nonvalue added HR processes and ensure a continues improvement culture.
  • Developing and executing effective employee engagement initiatives.
  • Attending to all employee welfare matters effectively.

PERSONAL SKILL & PROFILE

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field with high level of IT literacy.
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Age below 45 years would be preferable.
  • Excellent communication skills
