VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT: Project Coordinator - Kilinochchi
We at LEADS, work with the most vulnerable Sri Lankan communities and children who seek protection from the cruel economic and social circumstances. We are a faith-based community development organization that partners with people of all faiths. We operate island-wide, focusing on the most vulnerable children and communities through our community development, emergency relief, and interventions. We are currently seeking applications for the above vacancy at our Kilinochchi office.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A diploma in disaster management or disaster risk reduction from a reputed institute is desirable.
- 2-3 years' experience in community development work.
- Ability to plan, implement, and monitor project activities independently.
- Should be computer literate, in Word and Excel.
- Ability to write reports preferably in English.
- Capacity to work with the Ministry of Education and related local government institutions is an added advantage.
- Good written and oral communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Should be a team player.
