Senior IT Executive - Applications
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide 1st level Application support for the User Community
- Perform administrative and housekeeping activities of the ERP and other Organizational Information Systems
- Develop and deploy Applications, Reports and Dashboards
- Analyze user requirements & issues and transform them into technical documentation
- Maintain communication with System vendors and obtain timely resolutions for issues and new requirements
Experience and Qualifications
- Degree / Diploma in the field of Information Technology or equivalent
- 4+ years of experience in an in-house IT department setup
- Experience in supporting ERP systems and understanding of ERP concepts
- Hands-on experience in developing and maintaining applications using Microsoft technologies (.NET, MS SQL Server, Power BI)
