Mynott Bowers S L (Pvt) Limited is a specialist quantity surveying company that provides bill of quantities measurement services to the international construction industry. We are currently looking for Quantity Surveyors, with a strong background in preparing bills of quantities. If you possess the qualifications and experience outlined below, we welcome you to join our team.
Qualifications and criteria:
- Quantity Surveyor - Colombo
- BSc (Hons) Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognized university (minimum grade 2nd Upper).
- Minimum of 5 years of post-graduate experience in construction or civil engineering Proficiency in pre-contract work, including taking off quantities and preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs) using SMM7, NRM2, or POMI, is expected.
- Familiarity with electronic measurement and BQ production software (Bluebeam, Cost X, Cubit).
- International experience would be an added advantage.
- Possess excellent written and verbal English language skills.
