Purchasing Assistant
Nuwara Eliya Golf Club, with a membership exceeding 1500, invites applications for key positions. Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective purchasing by minimizing inventory holding cost and ordering cost.
- Documentation of Purchase requisition, purchase orders.
- Proper Coordination of housekeeping activities with all the departments.
- Selection, coordination and Maintain suppliers in proper documentation with grading and maintain their updated database.
- Assisting purchasing and store executive over inventory management and procurement activities.
- Ensuring quality and safety protocol over purchasing. Communicating and coordinating with all departments in purchasing activities in order to ensure optimum level of inventories are maintain in the stores.
Qualifications:
Successfully completion of GCE A/L with part qualified in AAT, CA. Minimum two year experience in inventory management in a reputed organization and hospitality industry experience will be an added advantage
