Candidate Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills with a commitment to understanding client requirements
- IT-related Degree or Higher Diploma
- Management skills needed to oversee IT initiatives and collaborations with various technical staff
- Commitment to support new technology implementation
- Minimum one year of related (end-user support) experience
- Excellent knowledge of Windows / Macintosh / Linux platforms
- Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues quickly and effectively
- Basic knowledge of both network & telecommunication
- Ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of mobile devices/platforms will be an added advantage
