Quantity Surveyor
- Should have completed Bsc in QS (University of Moratuwa, IQSSL or reputed Private University)
- Ability to prepare Interim Bills, Sub-Con Bills, Tendering
- Knowledge on Competitive Rates for Bidding
- At least 10 years experience
- Flexibility to Visit Sites and Pre-Bid Meetings
- Project Budgeting and Cash Flow Management
- Preparation of BOQ
- Preparation of Monthly Interim Bills and Following up to receive the Payment Certificate
- Requisition of Material (RF, Concrete, etc.)
