BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

We are seeking a competent Business Development Executive to promote high-quality cosmetics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving business growth and market presence through strategic partnerships and client acquisitions
  • Identifying new business opportunities
  • Implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Conducting market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns
  • Preparing and presenting sales proposals, reports, and presentations to clients and senior management

Qualifications & other attributes:

  • Age below 40 Years
  • Outgoing personality
  • Diploma in Marketing or full or part qualification in CIM / SLIM would be an added advantage
  • Two years or more experience in the beauty/pharmacology industry would be an added advantage
  • Self-motivated with good time management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Sinhala and English
  • Team player with a pleasing personality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary is negotiable and will be commensurate with qualifications and experience to the right candidate.
