Job Description:

  • DSI Group is searching for a meticulous and detail-oriented Customer Coordinator (Documentation Assistant) to join our growing Insurance team. You will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth operation between our internal and external customers in terms of handling their documentation with regards to Insurance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote insurance products and services across multiple online channels, including social media.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify target audience segments and develop tailored marketing messages and offers.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in digital marketing and insurance industry.
  • Track and analyze campaign results and performance metrics, and prepare regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum of 01 years of experience in digital marketing and accounting roles.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, and best practices, including social media marketing. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent command of English and Sinhala languages both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
