IT EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute IT strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Oversee ERP system implementation, integration, and maintenance.
- Lead optimization of SFA for improved sales efficiency.
- Manage networking infrastructure for high availability and reliability. Supervise mobile, internet, and PABX connections.
- Administrate IT assets and prepare data visualization dashboards.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize IT projects.
- Stay updated on emerging IT trends and recommend adoption where suitable.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems with implementation experience.
- Familiarity with SFA tools in sales-driven environments.
- Expertise in networking technologies (LAN, WAN, VPN, wireless).
- Proficient of troubleshooting skills.
- Experience on developing and maintaining IT policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
