Manager/Senior Manager - Agency Operations
Roles and Responsibilities
- Drive timely national initiatives to support divisional/provincial recruitments
- Lead provincial IRCSL registrations target achievement
- Increase number of active Wealth Planner Managers
- Handle the recruitment marketing material development process
Candidates are required to have
- Degree in Business Management or Insurance
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance or financial sectors
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
