CORPORATE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Responsibilities

  • Organizing and scheduling meetings
  • Attend meetings and prepare minutes
  • Handle correspondence
  • Provide general admin support for Legal & Bidding Teams

Qualifications

  • Minimum advanced level or equivalent qualification
  • A qualification in secretarial studies would be an advantage
  • Fluency in written and verbal communication in English
  • Computer literacy including Word, Excel & Powerpoint
  • Positive attitude and attention to details
  • Should be a quick learner
