WE ARE LOOKING FOR A

  • SENIOR EXECUTIVE - PAYROLL

  • 2-3 Years of Experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including salary, bonuses, allowances, and deductions.

  • Calculate and verify attendance records for accuracy.

  • Prepare and review payroll reports for internal and external use.

  • Handle employee payroll inquiries and resolve any issue promptly.

  • Maintain and update monthly payroll records and employee information in payroll systems.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 or 3 years of experience in payroll management

  • Bachelor's degree in HR management, Business Administration or relevant field / PQHRM in CIPM

  • Fluent in English

  • Ability to work independently as well as a member of a team.

  • Up to date knowledge on labor laws and regulations.

  • Ability to handle confidential & sensitive details with discretion.
