CHIEF QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Location - Pannipitiya
Duties & Responsibilities
- Participate in pre-tender meetings, site visits, and preparing reports to the management
- Responsible for accurately pricing using contract drawings, specifications, and bills of quantities
- Prepare Cost Benefit Analysis and knowledge
- Monitoring Interim Payment Applications and Final bills
- Monitoring Sub Contract Payments and Rate Analysis
- Monitoring Bill of Quantities with architectural, structural, and MEP Drawings
- Preparation of cost benefit analysis and knowledge of budgeting and cash flow preparation
Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in quantity surveyor + 10 years of work experience in building construction
- Age limit 33 to 45 years
- Should have good knowledge of conditions of contract and their applications
- Should have experience in monitoring interim bills, sub-contractor bills, and material list
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of pre and post contract procedure for building construction including steel building
- Knowledge of preparing cash flow
