Showroom Manager
Scope of Work
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
- Responsible for product sales to the and fulfilled the monthly sales target with the team.
- Setting individual sales targets for the sales team.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
Required Qualification
- Pleasing personality with a passion for delivering superior sales and service excellence.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar capacity (IT, Hardware)
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Sales/Marketing field would be an advantage.
- Self-organized, enthusiastic person with the ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Age below 40 years.
