The Schindler elevator department gradually ascended to a position of market leadership in Sri Lanka after an extremely successful year in 2019. We are searching for a dynamic, experienced and energetic individual to join our team to fill the following position:
POST OF
EXECUTIVE COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS - SERVICE DEPARTMENT
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for achieving the individual sales targets of the Elevator/Escalator
- Handling all the spare parts shipments of both Schindler Service & Installation departments
- Preparing weekly reports for pending spare parts orders and conducting team meetings on every Friday with Schindler India
- Conducting 30 Nos. of Customer Satisfaction Surveys per month
- Record all the time sheets
- Handle incoming calls of all departments of Schindler
- Preparing customer quotations, Pl, Invoices
- Raising all the MRNS
- Maintain all service department documentation
- Register monitor, close customer breakdown calls and maintain customer complain records
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum one years' experience and proven track record in industrial product sales (exposure to engineering or project sales will be a definite advantage)
- Degree/Diploma or any other similar qualification in Engineering/sales & marketing
- Having a technical qualification will be an added advantage
- Strong interpersonal & presentation skills with a good oral command of English & Sinhala
- Having sound IT literacy (MS. Office package) is essential
- Result oriented individual with ability to achieve set targets and meet deadlines
