CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

JOB ROLE:
- Provide a superior level of service to our clients via emails and calls
- Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide timely solutions
- Build sustainable relationships with customers by maintaining exceptionally high standard of service with emphasis on telephone and email etiquette
- Enhance customer relations and maintain a high standard of service during customer interactions together with the confidence to engage with customers proactively.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Passed G.C.E.(A/L) examination with a credit pass in English language at the G.C.E.(O/L) examination
- Age below 35 years Male/Female
- Good listener and a team player
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Energetic, service-oriented personality with a positive attitude.
- Good organizational skills coupled with the ability to multi task
- Good keyboard skills and a working knowledge of English is mandatory.
- Sound knowledge in Microsoft office package
