JOB ROLE:

  • Provide a superior level of service to our clients via emails and calls
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide timely solutions
  • Build sustainable relationships with customers by maintaining exceptionally high standard of service with emphasis on telephone and email etiquette
  • Enhance customer relations and maintain a high standard of service during customer interactions together with the confidence to engage with customers proactively.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Passed G.C.E.(A/L) examination with a credit pass in English language at the G.C.E.(O/L) examination
  • Age below 35 years Male/Female
  • Good listener and a team player
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Energetic, service-oriented personality with a positive attitude.
  • Good organizational skills coupled with the ability to multi task
  • Good keyboard skills and a working knowledge of English is mandatory.
  • Sound knowledge in Microsoft office package
