ASSISTANT MANAGER - SALES & MARKETING
Ceylon Jewelry Manufacturers (Pvt.) Ltd (CJM) a BOI approved company located in Panadura Industrial Estate, Sri Lanka is a high-end Jewelry Manufacturing organization which produces design jewelleries using precious metal with exclusive diamonds and colored stones etc.

MARKETING STRATEGY
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Devise sales techniques to support the company's overall strategies and objectives
- Leading sales & marketing team towards achieving its goals and financial roadmap.
- Plan and organize marketing events, International B2B engagements and ensure they project the company's positioning
- Building and maintaining new businesses and relationships with international agents, and potential customers to enhance business
- Offer and manage excellent customer service with business penetration and growth in mind.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
- BSc. in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business or relevant field, Part qualification in SLIM/CIM
- Dynamic candidate with a performance mindset and go-getting attitude.
SKILLS
- Strong communication skills in verbal and written English
- Creative, analytical capabilities and be pro-active
- Negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and able to work as a team
