Accounts Assistant/ Administrator - Premium German Kitchens

Full time position - Remote

We are actively seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant/ Administrator to join our team and be a part of diverse and inclusive company that specializes in planning, design, and installation of high-quality German kitchens.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain financial records and documents
  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
  • Prepare financial reports and statements
  • Processing orders, ensuring accuracy and confirming all details with suppliers. - Ad hoc duties

Skills

Ability to perform financial and operational tasks to a consistently high standard with exceptional attention to detail.

Highly organized with the ability to prioritize workload, multitask, and work to deadlines. Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently.

Excellent team player.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to react quickly and adapt to the ever-changing business environment.

Be able to liaise and converse with suppliers.

QuickBooks experience is preferred but not essential.

Excellent written and verbal English is essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Remote.

Schedule:

• 5 days Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm UK time
