REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office and Internet).
- Good organization planning skills.
- Excellent overall command of the English Language.
- Previous job experience in a foreign country or foreign recruitment agencies is an added advantage.
- Sales and Marketing in the service industry is an added advantage.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Able to conduct communication with foreign clients and develop recruitment client base to enhance business growth.
- Conduct research and communication for growth opportunity to fulfill foreign companies' recruitment from Sri Lanka.
- Must have a strong relationship with foreign companies to get job orders.
- Develop and manage strong client relationships.
- Understanding the recruitment needs and secure job orders.
- Identify the business and take the chance to develop a foreign client base.
