Location In Charge

Your primary responsibilities includes,

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Manage all aspects of outlet administration, including inventory management, cash handling, and reporting.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the customer base and increase sales opportunities.
  • Ensure accurate stock maintenance and replenishment to meet customer demand.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain a clean and organized retail environment, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Train and develop staff to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
  • Fluency in English and Sinhala, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel is required for data analysis and reporting.
  • G.C.E. A/L qualification is mandatory.
  • G.C.E. O/L with credit passes in Mathematics and English is required.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Prior experience in achieving sales targets and maintaining customer relationships is preferred.
