Executive - International Business Development

We are seeking a talented International Business Development Executive to optimize and enhance our company's global market position within a specific region/sector. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, maximizing profitability, and executing strategic plans to expand our international presence. You need to work with the team to achieve departmental goals and elevate customer service standards to meet the demands of our global clientele.   • Identify and evaluate potential markets and business opportunities worldwide.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and clients across various countries.
  • Ensure clear and transparent communication between the internal and external teams to ensure expectation alignment.
  • Develop new relationships with prospective customers, maintain excellent relationships with existing clients, execute sales forecasting, and achieve set business sales targets.
  • Preparation and follow-up assigned export order-related documents and ensure on-time delivery of relevant documents and certification to the customer.

The successful candidates should have:

  • Degree or equal professional qualification related to International Marketing
  • Professional qualification CIM or SLIM will be added an advantage
  • Very good knowledge in International Marketing, Digital Marketing & Export Operations
  • Minimum 01-year experience in International Marketing
  • Knowledge of ERP would be added an advantage
  • Excellent Communication skills both Sinhala & English languages
