The Travel Executive is innovative and resourceful, and keeps well-informed of the company's products and services. Have to uses such knowledge to tailor solutions which meet clients' requirements & also possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills, to build excellent rapport with clients and drive retention.
Requirements
- Proven working experience as a travel executive or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of computer reservations systems, GDS systems and e-travelling.
- Strong sales skills and commercial awareness.
- Fluency in English; multilingualism is a plus.
- Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively.
- Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends.
- Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field.
