Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Travel Consultant role located in Nugegoda. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for providing expert travel advice to clients, creating and managing travel itineraries, making travel arrangements, handling reservations, and providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 02 years experience in the travel industry
- Strong knowledge and experience in travel consulting and travel management
- Ability to create and manage detailed travel itineraries
- Experience in making travel arrangements and handling reservations
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A Bachelor's degree in tourism, hospitality, or relevant field is preferred
- Proficiency in a second language is a plus
