JOB ROLE:

  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN LONG-LASTING CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS.
  • DEVELOP STRONG RELATIONSHIP WITH KEY CLIENTS. OVERSEAS AGENT COORDINATION IN OPERATIONAL LEVEL.
  • INTER DEPARTMENT WORK FLOW MANAGEMENT.
  • FOLLOW-UP ON SHIPMENTS & PROVIDE FEEDBACK ON TIME.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • MINIMUM 1 YEAR INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IN SIMILAR CAPACITY.
  • SOUND RELATIONSHIP WITH FREIGHT AND COURIER BUSINESS.
  • ABILITY TO IDENTIFY & CONVERT THE OPPORTUNITIES TO GROUND LEVEL REALITY.
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS ON ALL 3 LANGUAGES WOULD BE AN ADDED ADVANTAGE.
  • ABILITY TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE & SKILLS ON HANDLING MULTIPLE TASKS.
