JOB ROLE:
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN LONG-LASTING CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS.
- DEVELOP STRONG RELATIONSHIP WITH KEY CLIENTS. OVERSEAS AGENT COORDINATION IN OPERATIONAL LEVEL.
- INTER DEPARTMENT WORK FLOW MANAGEMENT.
- FOLLOW-UP ON SHIPMENTS & PROVIDE FEEDBACK ON TIME.
REQUIREMENTS:
- MINIMUM 1 YEAR INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IN SIMILAR CAPACITY.
- SOUND RELATIONSHIP WITH FREIGHT AND COURIER BUSINESS.
- ABILITY TO IDENTIFY & CONVERT THE OPPORTUNITIES TO GROUND LEVEL REALITY.
- EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS ON ALL 3 LANGUAGES WOULD BE AN ADDED ADVANTAGE.
- ABILITY TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE & SKILLS ON HANDLING MULTIPLE TASKS.
