REQUIREMENTS:
- A Bachelor's degrees in Marketing, Business Administration or in a related field is preferred minimum
- Fluent in English, Excellent Written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and internal team. [Other languages will be added advantages]
- Sound knowledge in Digital Marketing and IT is a must.
- Ability to think strategically and develop business development plans
- Previous experience in the construction sector will be an added advantage.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business
- Working with the management to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth
- Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets.
- Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients.
- Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their issues.
- Creating Positive, long relationships with current and potential clients.
- Maintaining Client Activities
- Developing and presenting proposals customized for each client.
- Ensuring excellent customer service through regular follow-up.
- Assisting with marketing and promotional projects.
- Owning the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation
