We have an opportunity for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team, our client is an established, award-winning fashion business in London. We are looking for a highly skilled customer service assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and address customer needs with the goal of complete satisfaction
- Provide expert answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability, while presenting the value of their portfolio of products to customers
- Meet customer service department sales targets, generating sales leads when opportunities arise
- Follow company communications guidelines and procedures under minimal supervision
Key Skills and Experience
- A proven background in a customer service environment
- Strong communication skills, including active listening
- Ability to solve problems and alleviate conflicts or escalate tactfully
- Ability to multitask, manage time, and prioritize
- Able to work individually and as a team
- Knowledge of MS Office Package
- E-Commerce backend experience is an added advantage
- Ability to work in a UK time-based environment
- Availability to work on weekends
