Techcess Business Solutions is a growing Software development company providing various cloud solutions to different industries. We are looking for the following vacancy to join our team.
Business Analyst
Should work towards solving information technology centred issues in the organization, directly work with internal and external Stakeholders and customers.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill project scope and system requirements
- Translate technical specifications into non-technical requirements
- Develop, analyze priorities and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow
- Define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures and develop test cases to serve the overall quality assurance processes
- Provide all documentation of all processes
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitoring systems, gather system statistics and trouble reported errors and issues
- Provide training as required
Competencies and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT related field
- Minimum 2 year working experience. ERP knowledge will be an added advantage
- Demonstrate Project Management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards
- Experience in Documentation, diagrams, etc
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize activities, manage team and deliver the project on time
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
