To support our continued growth and uphold our high standards, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Purchasing Officer to manage W15 Collection purchasing activities.
GROUP PURCHASING OFFICER
WHAT YOU WILL BE OVERLOOKING
- Source and purchase quality goods and services for the hotel, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery Manage and oversee the procurement process, including negotiation of contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain optimal stock levels
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of stock data
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating best prices and terms to benefit
- Evaluate and assess supplier performance regularly to ensure high-quality standards
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other relevant documentation
- Implement cost-saving strategies
- Work closely with other departments to understand their procurement needs and provide timely support Collaborate with the finance team to forecast and budget procurement expenditures
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a purchasing role, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry
- Proven experience in inventory management and supplier negotiations
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work in Computerized environment
