Cashier & Purchasing Officer / F&B Stewards
We are an established Grill themed Restaurant, operating in Colombo (Kottawa) and in need of an experienced and highly skilled Cashier & Purchasing Officer to handle the cashiering and purchasing functions and also well experienced Stewards. The ideal candidates should have worked in at least one pre-opening restaurant during his career.
Job Profile - CASHIER & PURCHASING OFFICER
- Responsible for the cashiering duties using POS system
- Managing the entire purchasing and supply chain
- Making payments on time and petty cash management
- Focus on driving the costs down and attention on prices changes
- Handling the Uber, Pick-me and take-away orders
Job Profile - F&B STEWARD
- Excellent hospitality and customer serving skills
- Menu and food knowledge, beverage preparation knowledge
- Selling skills on cross and up selling
- High concern on restaurant cleanliness
- Multitasking and experience with POS systems
Our Requirements
- Males/Females with good personality, good command of English and age below 40
- Recognized relevant educational qualifications
- Preferably from around Colombo, accommodation options can be discussed
- Ability to work till late hours daily
- Minimum 05 years' experience in the applied position
