PLANNING EXECUTIVE
Our client is an esteemed company specializing in the manufacturing of low voltage type-tested modular enclosure systems. They are looking for a dynamic, innovative, result-oriented individual to join their team
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate closely with production, procurement, logistics, and customer care teams to ensure adherence to the scheduled plan
- Oversee production plans and schedules, implementing contingency or exception plans as needed to address potential risks
- Monitor work in progress to maximize capacity utilization
- Drive productivity improvements to meet business goals
- Notify the purchasing department about anticipated changes in production levels to maintain appropriate stock levels
- Ensure excellent customer service by executing orders accurately and on time
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Demonstrated initiative and the ability to effectively work towards team goals with minimal supervision
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, BSc Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in planning within a large, diversified manufacturing organization
- Proven track record of end-to-end production planning, material planning, and order planning
- Prior experience in the manufacturing sector and with Microsoft Navision is a distinct advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, proactive problem-solving abilities, effective time management skills, and the ability to work professionally in challenging situations
